Chef Jenny Kang
Jenny Kang cooks with a variety of flavours, including elements of classic Italian, French, and Asian cuisine, to create unique wild game dishes, signature to the Canadian Rockies. Having grown up on a farm, she understands the origin of good ingredients and the combined elements that make up a quality menu; sustainability and bold flavour, with the use of locally grown ingredients. Initially pursuing a career in engineering, she quickly realized her love for cooking when she came to Canada to study English. She later enrolled in the SAIT Culinary program to pursue her dream, graduating in 2007. Her farming background and strong work ethic have shaped her approach to cooking and leading a strong, trustworthy team. Jenny’s classic, traditional and new cooking techniques are guaranteed to bring love and happiness her guests.
